Absorption spectrum of the same pyranine sample. I think it's too concentrated to get good data out of, would probably have to dilute it to get any kind of quantitative measurement.
But pyranine is also very pH sensitive so it'd be hard to get concentration out of it given the spectrum without measuring pH or doing some more extensive correlation against known spectra.
Note the noisy data in the deeper UV range because the source lamp doesn't supply much in the way of illumination at these wavelengths.
