So i just threw together a first iteration of the switch engine PCB schematic in one crazed allnighter (thanks non 24 hour sleep schedules lol, its 0900 and I'm almost ready for bed).

It's missing some details like mounting holes and such, plus a few odds and ends like a 2.5V LDO and level shifter on the rs232 console, but I think it's 80% or so done. Lots of copy paste from kup-lulz and lcbringup which was of course the intent, those projects were intended to de-risk the switch mainboard since almost everything on it will have been proven out elsewhere and copied practically verbatim from an already verified design.

And obviously layout and design review will still take a while.
