@Wyatt_H_Knott I’ve already tagged this year, as the “Year to not buy stuff” (from observation) so we’ve passed 1928. I think #FletcherProuty (US Joint Chief Of Staff) [1],[2] in 1994 outlines best how the insiders think. Expenditures have been made that require conflict and you can’t fight a war without a problem. So make one.
Prouty mentions JFK was structuring, at least contemplating, the structure of peace and this interfered with the plans of Oligarchs and a small group inside the Counter Intelligence of the CIA. We get this confirmed this week. [3]
