Reminds me of a story from a friend that did an Atlantic crossing on a sailboat. Twice during the crossing, they were alerted because the radar had detected a cargo vessel on collision course.
Imagine you're sailing across the wide "empty" Ocean and somehow manage to intercept the course of a ~20m object with pinpoint accuracy^^
@wall_e @DreadShips It is in, let's say, a fjord of a fjord of a fjord, near Trondheim, which really is a large city, so it's surely not the only house on that coast.
