Januar Land Rover suspends shipments to US in April over tariffs.

The British maker of Jaguar and Land Rover cars is pausing shipments to the United States as it works to mitigate the impact of a 25% tax on vehicle imports imposed by the Trump Administration.

The UK luxury car manufacturer said it needed to address 'the new trading terms'.

Elon Musk is getting increasingly upset about the Tesla protests. Following a significant ramp-up in demonstrations against the automaker this weekend, the CEO went on an unhinged rant claiming the protests were full of paid protestors and that his former buddy Reid Hoffman was behind it.

Tesla sales plunge in France as more owners resell their cars.

Tesla is losing ground in France. Registrations of new vehicles have dropped 41% since the start of the year, while second-hand listings have shot up.

Experts say model changes, stronger competition and growing unease with CEO Elon Musk are all playing a role.

Tesla sales are down. What a surprise...

I have never been a fan of Teslas. I am a fan of EVs, however, and there is just a lot of quality vehicles out there and most of them have a dashboard, which IMHO should be a requirement, as well as normal placement of things like turn signal controls and window wiper controls.

I know some of you just dislike cars in general and I respect that. I love walking and biking as well, but sometimes I need to drive and then I prefer EVs.

EU and UK fine carmakers millions over recycling cartel.

Fifteen major car manufacturers have been fined almost €600 million by the European Commission and the British government after Mercedes-Benz blew the whistle on a cartel that fixed car recycling costs and processes.

The carmakers had entered into anti-competitive agreements to prevent competition on the stripping, scrapping and recycling of old cars.
