Okay, I have a burning desire for a captain's log, like I am on Star Trek or something.

There are apps out there, so you, too, can announce your thoughts at the end of every adventure, but I don't want any app company to keep my info.

I guess I am reduced to using voice to text at home on my own hard drive. That just seems so boring next to the glorious Jame T. Kirk confidently announcing the Star Date while talking to the 'Puter.

"Captain's log, stardate 48650.1. Three Starfleet vessels have arrived in orbit and have begun to beam up the Enterprise survivors. Our casualties are light but unfortunately the Enterprise herself cannot be salvaged.....hold on, Lieutenant Commander La Forge has just handed me a PADD, On it it says "Hold my beer and give me thirty years", Whatever that means."
