Benlactus<p>No video yet from the <a href="https://beige.party/tags/Harvel5" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Harvel5</span></a> yesterday, but I found a good one from 2018. So this was the <a href="https://beige.party/tags/running" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>running</span></a> event I did yesterday. Tried to edit the video down to post instead of a link, but could basically only get the start in, which is arguably a bit boring. But if anyone's interested, here you go. Drone footage of a very picturesque English country <a href="https://beige.party/tags/run" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>run</span></a> between hedgerows and through a local village and forest, starting and ending at a village green with stalls. Lots of brightly coloured <a href="https://beige.party/tags/runners" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>runners</span></a>. Lovely day out. Although I'm in pain today. </p><p><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVpCXLEU8SI&amp;pp" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="ellipsis">youtube.com/watch?v=lVpCXLEU8S</span><span class="invisible">I&amp;pp</span></a></p>
Benlactus<p>Today's the day. <a href="https://beige.party/tags/Harvel5" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Harvel5</span></a></p><p>I don't know why I'm hashtagging it - literally noone else here will be going. Maybe in the future someone will look out of curiosity and be astounded there was a fellow traveller on the same path. Who knows. </p><p>What I do know is....... FIVE MILE BEER RUN, BABY! </p><p>Should be interesting. I've got over the initial jitters and think I'm quite excited. Although bits of me ache I forgot existed from the other nights 'training' (running about like idiots). </p><p>I'm therefore volunteering at <a href="https://beige.party/tags/ParkRun" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ParkRun</span></a> this morning whilst Trish in solidarity is just forging ahead and doing her 100th run without me, whilst I'm stuck on a measly 92. No matter - I've let the organisers know so we can give her a big hooray and I'm doing the funnel this morning which I quite like. </p><p>Ramble ramble. So..... This is possibly the last time you ever hear from me. But at least I will have died as I lived..... in a freak beer drinking running incident in the woods. Hurrah! </p><p>Have a great day, everyone.
