Michalis Famelis/ΦαμέληςA few months ago, when planning where to submit papers this year, I made the decision that this time around we were not going to send anything to MODELS, since it is hosted in the US. Trump's travel ban today says it was 100% the right decision.That said, the MODELS organizers are doing their best. They have created a hybrid attendance option, allowed virtual presentations, etc. But these are band-aids. Holding any SE conferences in the US is going to be a very tricky proposition going forward.
