The March for Humanity will start with speeches at Civic Square, in front of the Canberra Theatre, at 12 pm on Saturday (9 August). The rally will leave from there, cross Commonwealth Avenue Bridge and finish at the lawns between the National Library and Questacon.

For those who are worried about the Civic Library, I’m at a Greens meeting right now and the Greens MLAs have been asking questions in Estimates about it, and they are suss that it’s going to be closed.

Just saying, if I need to chain myself to the doors of Civic Library to ensure it is relocated within Civic rather than shut down, I will do so.

I've been interested in getting involved, but being somewhat introverted and never actually meeting anyone in 'real life' who is particularly maker-inclined I've never done it.
