I think Im about to step out of academic life now. Ofc its easier for me, Ive had my 20 years of study, lecturing, paper writing, app making and phd doing. I can step away, Im older, I can afford to. But Im not tired or bored, Im angry, appalled, Im not able to carry on because Im ethically so compromised. I just cannot be part of this charade for big tech extractive grifting anymore.
