A Lady Macbeth comes to mind.

“Hume says it’s too early to discuss replacing Shadow finance minister was asked on () Breakfast a little earlier about whether she sees shadow treasurer as a future of the party.

Hume says it’s “too early” to have those conversations.

You do not read the until you have the . We will be working for every vote up until 6 on election day.

Asked whether she wants to keep her finance portfolio, Hume says: “I hope so … but that is entirely up to the leader.” She adds:

Day 32 🗳️💨

Things are coming in thick and fast today, so I’ll try to summarise the major themes.

No Policies of the , and .

(Opposition Treasurer, Liberal) hands in his homework late, it’s got problems.

A 🎃 derivative that is toxic ☢️

“A Coalition government would drive the deeper into over the coming two years, as the shadow finance minister, , insisted her party’s plan to save $17.2bn by the number of -based by 41,000 through “natural attrition” was achievable.”

tax incentives for green hydrogen would save $1.5bn over four years, and not proceeding with Labor’s critical mineral production tax credits would save $1.2bn, the Coalition’s election policy costings show.”

The Guardian · Coalition costings reveal larger deficit over coming two years with cuts to foreign aid and environment programsBy Patrick Commins

#Labor’s #ClareONeil & #LNP’s #JaneHume have been on TV talking #WorkFromHome policy (now dropped).

O’Neil: This work from home issue, it was a terrible thing to do.

Hume: & it’s not our policy. It’s not our policy. It’s not our policy [have they tried turning her off & on again?]

O’Neil: You are being so incredibly rude, Jane.

Hume: You’re talking about something that is irrelevant.

O’Neil: This is a democracy & I’m a politician trying to have my say. I listened to you politely.

I see #JaneHume is trying to stay relevant and does so the only way she can, pointing a finger at Labor with assumptions, fabrications and outright nonsense. But with nary a word about #COALition foreign policy initiatives or a passable if not credible alternative course for Australian-Indonesian relations. Indignation and hot air while casting the #LNP ‘s own weaknesses onto #Labor. (Typical RW behaviour whether on the defensive or in attack mode - they never learn).
