Deze keer heb ik er bewust voor gekozen om echt alles met (zet)meel te mijden en niet op zoek te gaan naar alternatieven voor ongezonde dingen als pizza of pannenkoeken. Bovendien eet ik voor het grootste deel biologisch. </p><p>Ik houd alles weer bij in Cronometer en ik heb nu geen moeite meer om de juiste verdeling van marco's te halen. En ik voel me zoveel blijer, fitter en alerter: het is gewoon te zot.</p>

Willing to pay £reasonable for a good app. Basically: build my own database of foodstuffs/carb content per unit, allow me to build these into a meal, add favourite meals - then track carb intake from these per day. How hard could that be?! Any recommendations?</p>

Die Knieschmerzen sind fast weg. Ich habe 6kg abgenommen</p>

Es war eh nicht als dauerhafte Sache geplant, sondern primär um Blutdruck und einige Blutwerte in die richtige Richtung zu schubsen. Mein Arzt hatte da ja Tipps gegeben.<br>Fazit: Es ist (für mich) schwer das durchzuhalten. Brot vermisse ich sehr. Ketobrot ist nicht wirklich lecker. Und Jeden Tag kefir und Kaffee mit Milch sind schon gut Kohlenhydrate. (1/2)</p>
Shane Rogers<p>Six years ago today, my wife and I took a pretty huge step for us and started the <a href="https://social.lol/tags/keto" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>keto</span></a> lifestyle.</p><p>Six years has gone by pretty quickly, so did dropping about 150 pounds of weight.</p><p>It's not "lost", I certainly don't miss it and have been maintaining things for the majority of that timeframe. </p><p>It took re-evaluating a lot of my behaviors and was an adjustment to how I (we) lived, but an amazing change.</p><p>It was - almost - too easy at first. It's been a struggle the past couple of years to remain in the so called <a href="https://social.lol/tags/wonderland" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>wonderland</span></a>, but I've done so. My "junk food" has changed from cookies and candy to nuts and cheese - still high calorie and (for me, anyhow) high carb. </p><p>Looking at old photos, old clothes, it's a reminder of where I don't want to be again. I love that I will be able to watch my children grow up. I love that I no longer have sleep apnea. I love that I can be more or less pain free. I love that I look much healthier.</p>
