Shane Rogers
Six years ago today, my wife and I took a pretty huge step for us and started the #keto lifestyle.

Six years has gone by pretty quickly, so did dropping about 150 pounds of weight.

It's not "lost", I certainly don't miss it and have been maintaining things for the majority of that timeframe.

It took re-evaluating a lot of my behaviors and was an adjustment to how I (we) lived, but an amazing change.

It was - almost - too easy at first. It's been a struggle the past couple of years to remain in the so called #wonderland, but I've done so. My "junk food" has changed from cookies and candy to nuts and cheese - still high calorie and (for me, anyhow) high carb.

Looking at old photos, old clothes, it's a reminder of where I don't want to be again. I love that I will be able to watch my children grow up. I love that I no longer have sleep apnea. I love that I can be more or less pain free. I love that I look much healthier.
