Restructuring debt into another department/category would make #millenials, largely against Trump, into indentured servants.

The #departmentofeducation treats #studentloans ($1.64 trillion outstanding) as not 'exactly' assets to the debtor (US govt). This would remove flexibilty, and weaponize the debt, (further) crushing a generation.
