Strava also recorded a PR with time 3:25:52 -- this was ~6min reduction from my previous PR. As expected, mile-20 killed me with a long climb on the bridge: I strategically walked a few times and it paid off. Alphafly 3 served me well w/ no issues.
I'm pretty happy w/ the result: was expecting just under 3:30 with this EG (~800ft)! I'm now much closer to BQ time 3:20:00, and my next #marathon #race will be the crazy 220-laps around #UW #Drumheller in June -- hey but it's flat!
