In illustration, the orange-green contrast is one of my favourite, I use it a LOT. In sewing, well, green is just a very nice, natural colour; and I have a lot of different shades of green felt!

The way I’m improving in creating different kind of volumes in my plushies fills me with so much pride!
For this little guy, I made the shell as a separated piece and sewed the top and bottom of it together along the sides of a disturbingly naked turtle body. It really gives that volume of the turtle coming out of it!
Aaaah I’m so proud of it!
