A d d i e B e a lA couple people I know call these “cat nine tails” or “cat o’ nine tails” which, it turns out, is the name of a type of whip historically used for corporal punishment. I’m guessing this might a be a regional term for this plant, has anyone heard it outside of Maine? Petrichor ᚄᚔᚅᚐᚁᚆᚃᚒᚔᚂA community gardening group is hoping to have many ponds in the area, to foster wildlife.
