François Galea<p>The bytes sent to a MIDI interface must respect a certain protocol. So it is not possible to run Midimaze on a <a href="https://pouet.chapril.org/tags/zeST" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>zeST</span></a> machine that would use a usb Midi interface (this is what I'm currently working on).<br>Since Midimaze is the most well known (the only?) application of MIDI as a local network of computers, and source code of it has necently been released, the simplest way to go would be to rework the network protocol so it only use MIDI compatible byte sequences. Anyone interested ? 😃</p>

Fixing this solved the wrong colours issue, but led to pixel shifting showing that the current state of video signal generation is wrong.
