@atpfm Given the (fair) complaint about 1 star reviews and the lack of other venues where users feel empowered to give feedback, should apps have open bug trackers? Users would be able to say that this issue someone reported is affecting them too, maybe write a recommendation for how to address it, open up a communication channel that others can view and participate in.
