@azonenberg It's not a great idea because some people will vomit in response to seeing someone vomiting and I've a feeling that might include pictogram people.
@synx508 and if somebody is sick/drunk enough that it's a concern, a sign is gonna do exactly nothing
@azonenberg I was thinking travel/motion sick people. They're often on the cusp of vomiting and the last thing they want to see in that situation is a sign forbidding it.
