“Australian workers are facing a major upheaval as #ArtificialIntelligence (AI) becomes a cheaper alternative to employing humans.
While the full impact of #AI is yet to be reflected in #JobAds or official employment statistics, both #employers and #employees warn the #technology is already reshaping the nation's #LabourMarket.”

<<"Since AI appeared, for example, a team might have needed three or four juniors and a senior. Now, it's one junior and AI," Mr Nguyen explains>>
Whoever doesn't see that it takes experience to assess a situation, which means "senior" shouldn't be surprised when problems pile up that threaten to get them out-of-business.
Whoever doesn't invest in people to gain experience will be out of business, soon.
The question is if an "AI-empowered junior" has sufficient time to learn.
