Other stories claim the detainees overwhelmed staff in a revolt over the lack of food. This story says they were able to push an exterior wall down, the recent renovation was so poorly done. The facility is illegal, without proper work permits, inspections, or authority by the city to detain that many people at that location. Yet the fascists persist.
