Tom Homan, like Trump, is a coward, and Portland isn’t afraid of him. In fact, Portland is colloquially known as Little Beirut, unlike Los Angeles. If Tom Homan had testicles, he would reopen the Portland ICE facility, which is currently shut down. However, he knows that his double-triple down threat was empty, and they can’t even keep their temporary detention facility open here. They sent troops and a lot of federal agents to Los Angeles because they knew they could suppress the city. But they didn’t do the same in Portland because they know they don’t have enough troops, armored vehicles, or ammunition to shut down the Rose City if it decides to enter the streets with them and pushback against their Gestapo-like tactics. Two Latino landscapers were working at a hospital when suddenly masked men with guns began running towards them.

The men did what anyone with half a brain would do, they dropped the lawn tools and ran.

They ran inside of the building where they worked. So the masked men with guns chased the workers into a hospital and manhandled anyone that got in their way.
