EU regulators greenlight a twice-yearly HIV injection.

The European Medicines Agency has greenlit a twice-yearly injection to prevent HIV that has been hailed as a game-changer.

The jab from the drugmaker Gilead was considered one of the biggest medical breakthroughs of 2024, offering an alternative to daily pills.

The drug, called Lenacapavir, was 100% effective at preventing the virus in clinical studies.

I went for my STI testing this morning to renew my PrEP.

The doctor wanted to examine me. She asked me to drop my pants, so I dropped my pants. Then she said, "Pull down your underwear a little." So I pulled it down a little. She then said, "A little more." So I pulled it down a little more. She said again, "A little more." That's when I realized what she wanted. She wanted to look at my junk. So I showed her my junk.

Why not say, "I'd like to examine your junk." or something equivalent? That would have been clear and to the point, and would have gotten immediate results.

Just blend the garlic, tomatoes, oregano, thyme, rosemary, basil, garlic powder, olive oil, sugar, red wine (I used balsamic) vinegar, salt, and 1 can of tomato paste.
