So, took me a lot of design, iteration, a few failed prints and facepalms, and some help from the solder iron in the end, but my bike phone support for my Ulefone 27T pro (a bulky and heavy rugged phone), might be ready for real world testing (and hopefully won't explode on the first bump 😬).

First project of this complexity on the 3D printer, not perfect, surely a simpler design exist, but this is what i got for now.

3D view of modeled parts on a plane, for 3D printing, there is a structure in two parts to hold a phone, a layer where two parts can be pulled together to drive the two sides, flat springs, a support to attach to the bike, and various small parts to hold everything together.
Side view of the printed and assembled bike phone stand, it's blue colored, at the top we see the parts meant to grab the phone, with a small lever to close the mechanism, under it a layer of 6 short springs connect that part to a second layer, where 2 circle attachments can be seen on one side to connect to the handlebar, and a long one connected to a vertical spring, on the other, to connect to the head tube.

Arf, après 2-3 impression de tests et une fausse manip sur ma toute nouvelle #bamboulab #a1 je me suis retrouvé avec un blocage, il semble qu'un fil reste bloqué, et il ne se vidangeait pas même en passant à un autre. J'ai remplacé la buse par une autre que j'avais pour l'instant, mais c'est quand même embettant, j'imagine qu'il faudrait chauffer celle-ci pour pouvoir extraire le cable?

Une buse d'impression 3D, c'est une pièce métallique de 4cm de haut, constituée d'une partie "radiateur" en haut, avec un aimant à l'arrière pour le placement, et un cylindre vertical, avec un bord plat, en dessous, qui conduit le filament liquide vers la surface d'impression. A l'entrée (en haut) une section de cable rouge dépasse.
