There's something about this shopfront on Dumbarton Road near Partick Cross that really appeals to me. I think its a mix of its unusual nature and its old-fashioned charm. That and the slogan Glamorous Geggies - so very Glaswegian!
I wonder when was the last time this phone box on Dumbarton Road near Glasgow University was used? Well for making a phone call at any rate! Can the company which own this, and other such seemingly abandoned public phone boxes, not be forced to maintain them rather than leaving them to get into such a decrepit state?
