A visitor to our museum has complained that parts of our special exhibition "are not #instagrammable." We found it practical to place these bonnets behind the barrier for the historic school room because extra display cases are too expensive for a special exhibition. The visitor wanted a pure white background for his selfies. Why do people visit museums?

Museum room of an old school. In the foreground we placed a large wooden plate on the school desks to show some very precious traditional bonnets of our special exhibition about historic costumes. These works by a costume maker range from an extra-wide bicorne hat with beaded embroidery to huge decorative bows and elaborately embroidered headpieces. In the background is a shelf with school material: a sculpture showing muscles and the sceleton, images, a globe, a model of the ear's anatomy and an old radio.
