I'd like to 3D print a clip that connects two metal tubes of a wheel chair.
My requirements to the material are:
1. it must be usable outdoors (UV light, rain)
2. it should be stable up to 20 kg weight
3. one clip should cost less than 30 Euros (about 45 cm3)
Metal sintering seems too expensive. Could #PETG work? Maybe someone can point me in the right direction which material is suitable.

Ich drucke zum 1.Mal #PETG und habe das Problem, dass in die Support trees irgendwie zuviel Material reinkommt (normalerweise sind die ja komplett hohl). Woran könnte das liegen?
Mit PLA hab ich dieses Phänomen noch nie erlebt...

Since I have had the "pleasure" of unstable internet and a nationwide blackout here in Spain in the last 30 days I have started working on putting together a small server, mini router and other tools I could use in another blackout and/or internet outage.
I decided to use #MKlements fantastic #LabRax 10" 5U #3DPrinted rack solution and I am printing it out as we speak. Mine will be all #PETG and all in black but I might change out some of the parts later if I buy other colors of PETG.
Now printing plate number two and getting the screws and inserts hopefully before the weekend ends.

So, took me a lot of design, iteration, a few failed prints and facepalms, and some help from the solder iron in the end, but my bike phone support for my Ulefone 27T pro (a bulky and heavy rugged phone), might be ready for real world testing (and hopefully won't explode on the first bump 
).
First project of this complexity on the 3D printer, not perfect, surely a simpler design exist, but this is what i got for now.
Put #eSUN #PETG basic/lite Filament in a Box and instantly watch it suck up all humidity inside the box.
That stuff is not usable as filament.
It pops like popcorn, resisted all professional attempts at drying and still want's more.
It can probably be used as silica-gel replacement.
Don't buy.
The graph shows the temperature-compensated absolute humidity in an unheated room-temperature box. As soon as I put the spool inside, humidity dropped while room humidity remained stable.

В этот раз это не достаточно дорогой eSUN, а российский STAR PLAST.
В целом выглядит вполне приятно.
